Civil War: Results

There were five valid entries for Hard difficulty, and just four for Easy difficulty. The standard of the entries was, however, extremely high, with all entrants achieving the maximum possible Prosperity Rating (100). We congratulate everyone who managed a successful entry for this very difficult contest, and particularly our winners, Elf, and Granite Q. Martinu also earns an honorable mention, for being the only player (besides the Hard difficulty winner) to achieve a population in excess of 16,500.
