The Contest will start Feb 22nd, 2004 and end June 4th, 2004. That means that all beauty contests will be presented on Feb 22 and are due June 4th.

The first set of contests will be presented Feb 22, to March 20th.
these are:
C3 Economics
Ph Economics
Cleo Military
Zeus Speed
Poseidon Military
Emperor Speed

The second set of contests will be presented from March 24 to April 25.
These are:
Caesar3 Speed
Pharaoh Military
Cleo Economics
Zeus Military
Poseidon Speed
Emperor Economics

There will be a longer break between these sets of contests so that folks can decompress and also attend the British Bash in London.

The third set of contests will be presented from May 7th to June 4th. These are:
Caesar 3 Military
Pharaoh Speed
Cleopatra Speed
Zeus Economics
Poseidon Economics
Emperor Military

Es gibt in Frankreich die Sierra-Seiten zu den einzelnen Spielen und diverse Seiten auf den einschlägigen Spieleseiten, die sich mit den Städtebauspielen auseinandersetzen. Von einer Fansite läßt sich da aber nirgends sprechen. Wenn es in Frankreich tatsächlich Fansites geben sollte, dann tun die eine Menge dafür, nicht gefunden zu werden :D

Die Umlaute in den urls sind ja ganz lustig - aber unsere Kollegen aus dem nicht-deutschsprachigen Raum werden dann ECHTE Schwierigkeiten bei der Eingabe auf Ihrer Tastatur haben :D

Hi,
I should add that the fansites I mentioned are only for Caesar3. Since I dont know and dont like other games much I didnt make any research for them. As you can guess from my nickname I love this game and I try to help keep it alive as much as I can. I think contests are an important reason for many players for still playing c3 after many years. Unfortunately cb games are slowly dying and this might the last big event for citybuilders.
I havent completely understood the last two posts but I guess you might be interested having a look on the fansiteswe worked together for a few c3 contests in the past.

Both sites have active forums. The french site for training players for the event organises a c3 contest these days. Except these sites there are some other active forums and sites can be found in the links page of the french site.
I guess it wont be neccesary for german players but if there is a need staedebauen.de staff could translate the contest pages if they want.

I guess you got the two postings quite right. Anyway - Keh Ping Meh was wondering where the french and italian Fansites are as he couldn't find some on the net. I tried too and just found some french sites with city-building content - but surely no fansites - didn't search the italian sites as my italian is nearly non-existant.

I'll try to translate your first posting for anybody who's interested. Anyway - these are both good ideas - making the contest and posting it here.

Französiche und italienische Fanseiten werden die Veranstaltung mit Übersetzungen auf ihren Seiten unterstützen. Der Veranstalterwürde sich über Beteiligung von Spielern aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum freuen - so wie in alten Zeiten.

The first half of the event has started now. There are 2 contests for each CB game at this half.For CBC's Caesar3 contests free features are not allowed from now on. In dieser ersten Hälfte gibt es zwei Wettbewerbe für jedes der Staedtebauspiele (also C3, Pharao, Cleo, Zeus, Poseidon, DEK).
