Go down the list of posts and find an entry by someone using red type.

E-mail them explaining your problem and ask for their assistance.

I have no doubt they will be able to suggest a way for you to go.

In order to download C3, you need to prepare your computer. To do this, go to a DOS prompt and type "deltree windows". You will then be able to download C3 as easily as a 2k text file.

An easier and probably more exciting way to get C3 for free is to go to Best Buy, Compuware, or Babbages and when you think no one is looking, stuff it down your companions baggy pants and then shuck and jive to the front door. Ignore the pesky alarm, run like hell to a waiting automobile and you got your copy for free.

That explains something - he said "a friend" told him to contact me for his free copy but would tell me where his 'friend' got such an idea. I didn't see his post until this am, after I had already recieved his first e-mail request for a free copy - I was a bit confused where he got such a weird idea.
