Everybody seems to have problems with Lugdunum. It is the first scenario in which the player is confronted with serious supply problems, and the level cannot be beaten until these problems are at least somewhat resolved.

It took me seven or eight serious tries to beat this dammed thing, but when I finally did, I felt like I had really accomplished something, and I have never worried about being able to handle supply problems since.

This is why, if you are having problems with Lugdunum, the best thing you can do is stop reading this stupid page, and go back and beat the level on your own. You'll feel better, and you will have learned a lot of really good tricks that will be very useful later on.

However, if you're at the end of your rope, standing on a chair, and about ready to kick it out from under you, then go ahead and read on.

One more thing before we get started. I do not claim that what follows on these pages is the best way to beat Lugdunum. Far from it, I know it's not the best way, and I'm not even sure that it is a good way to do it, but it does win.
